This seminar is an on-demand class that can be taken from your computer, 24-hours a day.  It prepares the student to take and pass the State Mastery Exam.  If you find the Colorado State Motor Vehicle/Powersport Laws and Regulations confusing, or if you want to save time, this class is for you.  NOTE:  If you are applying for a dealer or wholesaler license, you may be required to take the Pre-Licensing Seminar (more in the section above).  Learn more....

Are you complying with the Federal Truth-in-Mileage Act?  Do you know what damage disclosure is required to be furnished to your customer?  If you did not know the vehicle you sold was previously salvaged, do you have to buy the vehicle back?  What charges can be added to an advertised price?  Are you complying with OFAC and Red Flags?  This seminar covers numerous items required for compliance of industry rules and regulations.  Dealers taking this class will be prepared for a compliance inspection by the Auto Industry Division.
