Colorado Automobile/Powersport Support Services, LLC (CAPSS) was founded by experienced former investigators of the Colorado Department of Revenue, Auto Industry Division, Connie Hatch and Mary Marvin.  Connie retired as a field investigator, with 27 years investigative and regulatory experience.  Mary retired as a supervisor investigator, with 32 years investigative and regulatory experience in the auto industry field.

Although Mary is no longer an active instructor for CAPSS, her fingerprints and expertise are on each class we offer.  Connie brings her experience and years of teaching dealers and their personnel how to "do it right!".  CAPSS wants to see each dealership not only grow, but thrive.

In 2015, CAPSS partnered with CIADA to enhance services statewide.  All our classes (except the Pre-Licensing Seminar) are being moved to on-line seminars to better reach our clients in every part of the state.   Compliance Audits are available throughout Western Colorado and can be scheduled at your convenience.  Memberships are available through our partner, CIADA, and will still give you access to Connie's expertise.

Experience - we've got it!  Personality - we've got that too!

Experience is understandable, but why advertise personality?  Those of you attending our classes, whether it be an on-demand web class or an eight-hour pre-licensing certification class, will appreciate someone with personality.  CAPSS instructors are matter-of-fact, no-nonsense instructors when it comes to ensure that you understand the information that will enhance your business and keep you out of trouble.  But let's be honest, who wants to sit through another boring training seminar?  Not with CAPSS!  Our instructors have true life accounts that they will share with you.  Tales of some of the more comical complaints filed by consumers; and some of the hard core damage inflicted on your fellow dealers by individuals and the government when the dealer is found to be out of compliance and in violation of the law, even though the dealer was just uninformed and did not intend any harm.
